Works very nicely - and the work involved to make the video is not much. I am planning to put up speed the last minute in minutes/kilometer and heart rate at the bottom of the screen in addition - should not be a big problem to do that. I have been experimenting a bit with the speed part lately here - just putting up the speed in minutes/kilometers at the map, <BR/><BR/>http://news.worldofo.com/2007/09/24/routechoice-with-speed-nm-night/<BR/><BR/>I am indeed planning to use this as a training tool, as I can generate these videos quite easily with little work involved. I think using one in a group of young runners as an example, and going through it together should give a good training effect for all of the group.
